1. Scope

SafeNavBRN provides decision-support tools including marine weather visualization, route drawing, and estimated fuel/speed/ETA calculations.

2. Not a Certified Navigation System

Important: SafeNavBRN is not an ECDIS or a certified navigation system and does not replace official charts, notices, or professional judgment.

3. Master’s Responsibility

The vessel’s Master/Captain remains fully responsible for voyage planning decisions, safe navigation, and regulatory compliance. Outputs are informational estimates only.

4. Forecast & Estimation Limits

• Weather forecasts may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete.
• Fuel/speed/ETA estimates depend on vessel condition, loading, trim, engine settings, and sea state.
• No guarantee is provided for accuracy or suitability for any specific vessel.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeNavBRN and its operators are not liable for navigation errors, delays, fuel losses, commercial losses, or incidents arising from use of the Service. Use is at your own risk.

6. Availability

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All software and interface elements are owned by SafeNavBRN unless otherwise stated.
